What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas of Wyre, and the Fylde coast, Blackpool, Lancaster, Fleetwood, Garstang, Preston, Kirkham over Wyre, Hambleton, Preesall,  Pilling and all surrounding towns and villages

Are you reliable?

Yes very reliable, all our customers get a courtesy call the day before travel to ensure all pickup times are still correct as per originals booking. The driver will also call you 30mins before his arrival.

What happens when I land at the airport after my holiday/business travel home?

We monitor all incoming flights, so any delays or changes are amended swiftly, and well in advance. All we ask is to make sure your mobile phone is switched ON upon landing so we can arrange your pickup in designated areas of the airport/seaport terminals.

I have young children traveling with me, what about car seats?

We have car seats and boosters on hand, although its best for you to use your own, of which we will gladly look after the child’s seats until your return.

Do you cater for disabled travellers?

Yes we do, more special requests can be advised upon booking.

I am traveling to London, can we stop en route?

Not a problem, all our drivers will ask when on a long journey that any stops can be made you just need to ask. We do supply cushions and bottled water on long journeys.

This is however subject to traffic conditions timings to destination as certain conditions (road works accidents) are out of our control, but the driver will ensure your needs are met.

Do I need to wear face coverings in the car?

YES all passengers and drivers need to wear face coverings while traveling it is a legal requirement

I have to cancel what do I need to do?

In the unfortunate situation you must cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible. preferable when you are made aware of any amendments, we can then change your bookings accordingly.

Do you charge any extras for late night or early morning travel like some company’s do?

NO, all our prices are agreed upon booking, rest assured no “extra” tariffs are added for unsociable hours, we are private hire NOT hackney carriage.

I have a more than 1 pickup / drop-off is this ok?

Yes, of cause, we charge a standard £5 addition per pickup/drop off, this is pending on distance and proximity to booking address, we do not charge this for customers that live or need to be picked up just around the corner, Our dispatcher will advise upon booking.
